The Safe(R) House project is executed by The Prajnopaya Foundation in Sri Lanka. The Prajnopaya Foundation is a worldwide humanitarian organization based on Buddhist principles of providing care for all regardless of ethnicity, religion or gender under the patronage of the Dalai Lama. The case study focuses on the development of technical strategies to recover the disaster-torn areas including a proposal of a final high-tech construction to be more resistant than the existing ones.
